Things were really challenging with our previous provider for both HR and Payroll. Lots of mistakes were made, contracts were often incorrect, and Payroll wasn’t in-line with HR. Our HR Admin provision was poor, and we couldn’t rely on things being done correctly. We thought it would be easier to move to an integrated service and manage both services via one company. We needed a swift and efficient service and something that was easy to use.

Moving both HR and Payroll services to EPM means that EPM have a view of everything, and this allows them and us to see the bigger picture and be so much more efficient. The overall customer service is also much better, and things are dealt with quickly, which really helps. Things like salary statements were always a real challenge before moving to EPM and these are now provided quickly and never feel like a big ask. The overall service is far more efficient, and things are dealt with far better, with great customer service.

The results

Moving to EPM has been amazing and has taken our headache away. Payroll and HR is now far more streamlined and more efficient, and the portal is easy to use. Payroll and HR are seamless and managing both via the same company provides a full picture, as the individual departments talk to each other. This makes dealing with things far quicker and easier and reduces duplication of data entry and conversations. They have a strong understanding of our history, and this allows them to nip any potential issues in the bud. Payroll onboarding was great and when we recently moved our HR service to EPM, the transition was seamless. When there’s an issue, we know it will be sorted quickly and it’s how these issues are dealt with that is a testament to EPM.
